I love to share new ideas and perspectives and dig in with clients and prospects to solve their biggest challenges and problems. I am passionate about the client experience—from how someone becomes aware of the firm, to how the firm presents itself as the client makes the decision to hire, to the engagement itself, to the results achieved and to the post-engagement follow up. Roxanne is a service transformation team senior manager at HORNE where she serves as a business analyst and project manager. She is responsible for establishing and coordinating project deliverables, communicating project status with internal and external stakeholders and creating custom project workflows.
Joe Benigno
Joe is the Chief Information Officer for HORNE where he leads application development, infrastructure services and IT support for the firm. He manages business automation, data analytics, and new technology initiatives serving HORNE’s clients and staff. Joe is also a member of HORNE’s Executive Technology Committee.
Tara Chrisco
Tara is the director of people & organization development at HORNE. She is responsible for team member talent and potential over the entire worker life cycle - including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning, coaching and organization development. She also works with organizations that want to accelerate the growth of their workforce and business results.
Tracy B. Cunningham
Tracy serves as a director of project services at HORNE where she serves the firm and its industries as a project manager or in a collaborative role on strategic business objectives, initiatives and culture change. Tracy is a member of HORNE’s operations team and HUB team.
Indrajit Dasgupta
Indrajit is a senior data architect in our data and technology department at HORNE. He specializes in leading critical initiatives to analyze, define, develop and implement advanced business analytics platforms resulting in the delivery of decision support systems for in-house users and external clients. His expertise ranges from big data architecture, data warehousing design and data integration to business analytics and system analysis and design.
Stacey Gaines
Stacey serves as the marketing director for HORNE. She leads HORNE’s external branding, messaging, advertising and digital strategy initiatives. In addition, Stacey helps HORNE’s clients achieve growth by providing creative, strategic marketing solutions.
Marray Harris
Marray is a senior manager in the business process solutions practice at HORNE where he serves as a technical business analyst. He specializes in helping customers identify and solve business process challenges including the leverage of automation tools and serves as a liaison between business users and software developers.
Chris Madison
Chris is a director in firm services at HORNE where he works with private and public sector clients to provide analysis, design and implementation of best practice solutions for compliance and project effectiveness. He has developed multiple best practice resources for HORNE’s clients and has extensive experience in advising executives and government officials on highly technical program and compliance issues.
Ken McDonald
Ken currently serves HORNE as the director of audit quality. His responsibilities include audit support, pre-issuance report reviews, assurance training, internal inspections, regulatory compliance, risk management and quality control. His industry experience includes manufacturing, transportation, consumer products, construction, not-for-profit and healthcare.
John Michaud
John is the director of business process solutions for HORNE. He leads the business process solutions team to apply process improvement, project management and analytic methodologies to bring out operational excellence to HORNE’s internal and external projects. His efforts enhance organizational effectiveness and provide the basis for management decisions.
Mary Clay Morgan
Mary Clay serves as General Counsel at HORNE where she provides advice to firm leadership and administration on a wide range of legal and compliance issues.
Mary Clay joined HORNE in 2021 with over 15 years of experience. Prior to joining HORNE, she was a partner at a national law firm where her practice was concentrated in employment discrimination, products liability, financial services, and commercial litigation matters, at the trial and appellate levels.
Jarod Myers
Jarod is a senior manager on the people and organization development team at HORNE. From sourcing to offer negotiation, he collaborates with internal stakeholders to execute the talent acquisition strategy and elevate the employer brand to deliver the highest candidate experience.
Jay Pyka
Jay is the senior manager of learning and development for HORNE’s government services team. He creates consistency in the new hire experience by creating content for training courses that provides all team members with a detailed and well-monitored onboarding process.

Lisa serves as a director of project services at HORNE. She is a member of HORNE’s operations team where she serves the firm and its focus areas as a project manager, collaborator and advisor for strategic project implementations.
Terry Traylor
Terry serves HORNE as the director of finance. Using his background in assurance, business valuation and tax compliance, he manages the day-to-day financial operations for HORNE.
Terry joined HORNE in 1996 and has more than 30 years of experience including audit, tax and consulting engagements. His experience spans a wide range of industries including manufacturing, merchandising, health care and financial institutions.
Tony Coco
Tony is a manager in the technology department at HORNE. He is responsible for firmwide systems integrations, process improvement, business intelligence reporting, human resource management systems integration, and practice management integration and reporting.
Carol Cui
Carol is a manager in the data and technology department at HORNE where she serves as a data scientist. Her primary focus is to work with clients by utilizing the power of data science and technology to solve problems they encounter in their daily business operations. She is passionate about creating a data culture conducive for continuous learning by applying her knowledge of economics and statistics to tackle business problems and by using data science to turn ideas into tangible solutions.
Peter Graves
Peter is a technological solutions architect at HORNE. He is responsible for process automation solutions, data integration, and the design, development, testing and implementation of data-driven applications.
Peter joined the firm in 2013 and has over 20 years of experience in development and project management. He is a Certified Scrum Master and a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Lisa Hardjono
Lisa is a manager for the business process solutions team at HORNE. She provides services in the area of process and system analysis, data development and analytics, quality assurance and system implementations, and project management.
Leslie Petro
Leslie focuses on creating events and experiences that align with the firm’s strategic initiatives while promoting the HORNE brand. As the event manager for the firm, she oversees all internal event management, as well as providing full event planning services to external clients.
Chris Richardson
Chris is a business development manager at HORNE, where he helps county and municipal government officials to leverage federal, state and local funding and programs to enhance communities and quality of life. He also connects business and industry clients with compliance, technology, marketing, people and process solutions to create a competitive advantage.
Melissa Scallan
Melissa is a manager in the firm services practice at HORNE where she serves as the senior communications lead. In this role, she specializes in managing communication internally and externally, working collaboratively to create effective written and audiovisual content and developing strategic communication plans that are consistent with HORNE’s overall message and vision.
Jennifer Schirmer
Jennifer is a supervisor at HORNE in the people and organization department where she serves as the learning and organization development specialist. She works with internal and external clients to create and execute learning and development solutions that meet their needs, align with business goals and surpass expectations. She works with clients to clarify their needs implement solutions based on input and direction from stakeholders.
LaTonya Shavers
LaTonya is a manager in the firm services practice at HORNE where she serves as a technical business analyst. She specializes in defining, designing and implementing solutions that improve business processes. She has experience with managing several software developers as well as quality assurance analysts to successfully deliver software applications and implement strategic initiatives.
Brian von Schulz
Brian is the senior creative lead for the marketing department at HORNE. He specializes in creative problem solving through design, branding, web design, and creative direction.
Brian joined the firm in 2021. He has over 10 years of experience in the creative industry managing and developing branding, identity, and design for clients across a range of industries including healthcare, education, government, non-profit, and private companies.
Carl Wolfe
Carl is a manager in the data and technology department at HORNE. He specializes in providing internal and external information services, IT security, phone services and customer services. He works with personnel to provide improvement in technology, cost savings and overall user satisfaction.
