Robert Miller
Bob Miller is a partner at HORNE where he leads the public & middle market tax team, and also serves as HORNE’s firmwide director of tax. He specializes in helping businesses navigate the complex tax environment.
Tim Morgan
Tim is a financial institutions partner at HORNE where he helps banks, credit unions and other financial services companies with external audit, internal audit and risk management solutions. He specializes in identifying process improvements that are practical and solutions-oriented to help position clients for success.

Mary Kathryn is a tax senior manager at HORNE. She specializes in tax compliance for public and middle market clients as well as state and local tax compliance.
Mary Kathryn joined HORNE in 2011. Prior to joining HORNE, she worked for an international accounting firm serving clients in the areas of tax compliance, consulting and income tax accounting.
Lori Anderson
Lori is the director of compliance services where she serves financial institutions as a consultant for their regulatory compliance needs. She has extensive experience as a regulator for FDIC, bank compliance officer for a large multi-regional institution as well as the head of internal audit and compliance for a de novo institution.
David Fehrenbacher
David is a director in financial institutions assurance at HORNE. He serves public and privately-owned depository and non-depository financial institution clients in enterprise risk management, internal auditing, Sarbanes-Oxley financial reporting, regulatory compliance and loan review.
Zak Kinchen
Zak is a financial institutions senior manager at HORNE. He primarily serves financial institutions in both external and internal audit capacities. He also performs Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing, financial statement preparation and various other consultative services for SEC, privately-held and member-owned institutions.
Melissa Poole
Melissa is a financial institutions senior manager at HORNE where she specializes in external audits for both SEC and privately-held institutions. She also performs Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing and consulting. Additionally, she assists her clients through debt, equity and IPO offerings.
Russell Powers
Russell is a senior manager at HORNE where he primarily serves financial institution clients in both external and internal audit capacities for both SEC and privately-held institutions. He also performs Sarbanes-Oxley testing, loan review procedures, compliance audits and financial statement preparation.
Parker Smith
Parker is a tax services senior manager at HORNE where he focuses on tax compliance and consulting services for public and middle market clients. He specializes in tax return compliance, accounting for income taxes under ASC 740 and accounting methods reviews and consulting.
Bradley Floore
Bradley is a financial institutions assurance manager at HORNE. He serves clients primarily in external audit capacities and regulatory compliance engagements. He serves both publicly traded and privately held institutions.
Bradley joined the firm in 2017. Prior to joining HORNE, he worked for a local accounting firm. In addition, he diversified his work experience by serving as an analyst in the investments department of a state treasurer’s office.
Joseph Raby
Joseph is a manager at HORNE where he primarily serves financial institution clients in both external and internal audit capacities for both SEC and privately-held institutions. Additionally, he assists clients in preparation of FDICIA & Sarbanes-Oxley control requirements and various other consultative services.
